As flour is a perishable and consumable item, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered. This helps us ensure food safety and hygiene for all customers.

🔸 Refunds or Replacements Are Available If:

  • You receive a damaged product

  • Your order is incorrect or incomplete

  • The product is expired or compromised in quality upon arrival

🔸 To Request a Refund or Replacement:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund, based on availability and your preference.

🔸 Subscription-Related Refunds & Adjustments:

If you are subscribed to our monthly flour delivery service:

  • Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next scheduled shipment. Simply contact us at least 3 days before the next order.

  • Billing Adjustments: If you need to modify your subscription, we will update the charges accordingly for the following month.

  • Refunds for Subscription Orders: If there’s an issue with your subscription order (e.g., delivery delay, damaged product), we will offer:

    • A full refund for the specific order, or

    • A replacement, depending on the situation.

For any billing or cancellation issues, please reach out to us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued if:

  • The product was ordered by mistake

  • You changed your mind after delivery

  • The product was damaged due to incorrect storage after delivery
