All our flours are 100% gluten-free, free from preservatives and artificial additives. We maintain the highest quality standards during sourcing, packing, and delivery.

2. Subscription Policy

We offer convenient monthly subscription plans to ensure you never run out.

• Subscribers will receive a fresh batch each month as per their selected quantity.

• You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription with at least 3 days' notice before the next scheduled dispatch.

3. Order & Payment

• Orders must be paid in full at checkout via our secure payment gateway.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order if a payment fails or appears fraudulent.

• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship across India.

• Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

• Shipping charges may apply as per our delivery policy.

• Any delays due to natural causes, logistics issues, or regional lockdowns will be communicated proactively.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of food products:

• We do not accept returns.

• If your package arrives damaged or the product is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photo proof.

• Refunds/replacements will be processed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Use of Our Products

Our flour is intended for home and personal use only. Commercial resale without written consent from IntellaVerse is prohibited.

7. Allergy Disclaimer

While our flours are gluten-free, they are processed in facilities that may also handle nuts and other grains. Customers with severe allergies are advised to consult with us before purchase.

8. Privacy & Data

All customer information is stored securely and used solely for order processing and updates. We never sell or misuse your data.

9. Modifications to T&C
