At IntellaGrain, we deliver premium grains and flours sourced directly from trusted Indian farms to customers across India and around the globe. Whether you’re stocking up for your home kitchen or managing a bulk pantry, we make sure your order arrives fresh, fast, and hassle-free.

1. Where We Ship

We proudly ship:

  • Across India – all states and union territories.

  • Internationally – to select global destinations. International shipping options and rates are available at checkout.

2. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Delivery Timelines:

  • Standard Delivery (India): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Delivery (India): 1–3 business days (additional charges apply)

  • International Delivery: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs clearance)

4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

We strive to keep shipping simple and affordable:

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders above ₹500 (India only).

  • Free Shipping for all subscription holders and registered members, regardless of order value.

  • Expedited/Fast Delivery options are available at checkout for an additional charge based on your location and order size.

  • Shipping costs for orders below ₹500 are calculated at checkout.

5. Freshness & Packaging

All products are packed using food-grade, tamper-evident materials to maintain freshness and quality throughout transit. Bulk orders are packed in secure, moisture-resistant packaging suitable for storage.

6. Order Tracking

You’ll receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you haven't received tracking details within 48 hours, please reach out to us.

7. Delivery Issues & Risk of Loss

  • Title and risk of loss for all items pass to the customer upon dispatch.

  • IntellaGrain is not liable for delays due to incorrect shipping details, courier issues, or customs clearance.

  • In case of delivery issues or damaged goods, notify us within 5 days of delivery at connect@intellaverse.com.

8. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

Packages returned due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or non-collection may be reshipped on request, subject to additional charges. Refunds (if applicable) will exclude shipping costs and may include a 10% restocking fee.

9. International Shipping & Duties

For international orders:

  • All customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • We recommend checking your country’s import rules for food products before placing an order.

  • Perishable shipments are made at the customer’s risk.
